Our systems are dynamic - able to be changed on the fly using in-house expertise to accommodate the ever changing needs of the market.  Scalability is a key aspect of our business and we can rapidly grow to suit the needs of our clients in every corner of New Zealand or the globe.

Why/How?  Because we have developed the ultimate claim management solution... a  solution that is never going to be finished.  After all these years and thousands of jobs, refinements are constantly being made to ensure we get on with delivering the results that meet our demanding standards.  We have been using iPhones to access our solution for over two years and now that iPad is equipped with a camera it has become another of our tools we develop for.

Sustainability - Digital Remote Assessing was first started by us way back in 2002 and it fits with our philosophy of sustainability.  We went mostly paper-free back then and believe in repairing parts where practical.   There are lots of really good reasons why we adopted sustainable practices way before anyone else, least of which is that it keeps skills in the panel trade as opposed to increasing landfills and importation/logistics costs. 

What on earth is a RazorFish?  We didn’t know so we went ahead and made one of our own design. 

It’s a management and analysis solution that feeds on raw data from CPL Professional.  It’s part machine and part human - the stuff it creates is pure gold.  We do more with our data  so we can stay on top of trends and patterns to enable us to introduce steps into our processes and avoid the pitfalls others aren’t even aware of.  

One day someone else will figure out what a RazorFish is, but we have a head-start it certainly has assisted us to refine our processes for the benefit of our customers.

Technology is not the total answer.  Moore’s Law in relation to computer processing power is a clue as to how fast its moving, but when you look at it’s application in the Insurance/Collision repair industry you realise that most businesses are not keen to adopt & adapt to the required rate of change.

The answer lies not in the bleeding edge, but someone behind it where it is safe to make decisions on emerging technology.  We consider we are in the forefront with the application of technology to get the best results.
