Anyone with a little bit of knowledge and some common sense can Assess a motor claim - you don’t even have to come from the trade.  Just “hang out your shingle”, go to the panelshop, pick up the repair estimate, kick the tyres, then off to the next job.  Nothing could be simpler... or so it would seem.
